The Arthah School

Health & Wellness

Because a healthy mind and body are the foundation of true learning.

At The Arthah School, we recognize that a child’s well-being is the cornerstone of their academic and personal success. That’s why Health & Wellness is not an add-on — it’s an integrated, school-wide commitment to nurturing physical fitness, mental resilience, emotional intelligence, and nutritional care.

Our Approach to Student Wellness

1. Physical Health & Daily Fitness

We provide every student with ample opportunities for physical activity through structured sports programs, movement breaks, and outdoor play. We follow a developmentally aligned curriculum that promotes strength, coordination, and stamina from early years onward.
